A two-in-one cut! Separated by a t-shaped bone, this steak contains a Kansas City (or New York) Strip steak on one side, and a tender filet mignon on the other. 

Bonus: T-Bones whose filet side is larger than 1" across are actually called Porterhouse steaks and are considered a premium variety.
